The service is always excellent and they are happy to supply all the needed swatches, material and finish samples. The products and manufacturers they represent are top of the line. Delivery estimates are accurate. Very professional and responsive. These are high end, quality products and the prices reflect that. "

1. I cannot find a button to cancel my order. After applied the promotion code, I found it was not successfully added. So I have to contact your service desk. Luckily, after a few attempts, the staff help me refund the amount of promotions.
2. The shipping speed was super slow. It’s been 10 days since I submitted my order and made the payment, but the status was still Processed."

"The product was just as i expected. My ONLY problem FEDEX!!! I was supposed to have my item delivered today, 9 Nov. I got an email from them that it would be coming on the 7th. After checking the tracking # my delivery went to Saturday, 7 Nov. and then to Saturday at end of day. I was also told I had to sign for it, so I wasted the entire day. It NEVER arrived until Sunday. It was dropped off and the doorbell was rung. No signature required. This is not the fault of Hive but perhaps they could consider supporting the USPS."
"The website and purchasing experience was total normal and as expected. I call the design staff for help on determine the correct size product but was not able to reach anyone prior to my purchase. I did get a call back 24hrs after my purchase and confirmed I had ordered the correct size, but found our the no return policy for lighting. I was not aware of this when I purchased the light and I verified the product details did not disclose the return policy exclusion.
My main concern was the amount of time it took to ship the product. I received a notification with 48hrs of my order my item was ready to ship from the manufacturer (drop ship) but then the item did not ship for 5 more days. That is much longer of a delay than I was expecting from the "your item is ready to ship" notification. To me I would have expected the item to ship the next day. These sorts of delays really eat into my buyer anticipation of my new product. I would expect this sort of disconnected communication from a bargin reseller or clearance company, but not from a premium reseller like Hive. "
