"The shipment email from Heartland America listed the contents of the 'Mystery' box, so there will be no mystery when it arrives. It said:

They sent me duplicate orders and stuck me with return shipping

"I tried to order online. It didn't go through. Or so I thought. So I ordered by phone the next day. They failed to mention that they just received my online order for the exact stuff. Return shipping was 40 bucks. Thanks a lot. You knew the order was in. You could have stopped that second order from going out. They are mean."

Mistake In Order

"I received the package from a recent order in a timely manner. However, a pair of shoes I ordered contain an error. In the box the left shoe was the correct size (8.5) , while the right shoe is 6.5 (two sizes too small).

I would like for someone to reach out to me to see how this can be corrected.
