Difficult to Navigate

"I had a physical copy of the catalog but had no luck trying to phone in an order. I ultimately thought I would go online and order and it would be easier. This was not the case. When entering the item numbers from the catalog of the items I hoped to order, the site wouldn't just go to that item. Instead it would list several and sometimes even pages of possible matches to the item number. I would then have to scroll through all of the items until I found the one I was actually wanting to order. A couple of items never did come up and after trying to search by description didn't have any luck finding the items. I did end up ordering a couple of items but don't know that I will again as it was not a user or customer friendly process."

Order was missing the bracelet we ordered.

"We ordered a bracelet along with 2 sets of socks but only received the socks and there was no information in the box or in an email about the missing bracelet. I now have to contact the company to see why it is missing. This was supposed to be a present for our niece's birthday.

Not having a payment choice!

"I made my purchase on line and was explicit in my payment method which was not pay pall. Later in the day I discovered that my order was changed to be billed to pay pall. I was unable to cancel my order or to address my complaint. Please drop me from your customer list and I will never do business with you again!"
