Each time I called, a person told me something different. Each person thought they knew how to apply for reimbursement. To finally get reimbursed, I needed to speak to many different people about what documents the insurance company needed and each time it was something more. It's unfortunate that the customer needs to spend so much time calling, waiting, and each time only receiving partial information. "
