After that we went to 3 hospital. No one accepted your insurance.

"I traveled to Australia in January 2024. I got Covid there, and had a telehealth medical consultation and got an antiviral medication. When I returned from my trip, I submitted my claim with all the relevant documents. Apparently HTH uses Nationwide Insurance to handle it's business. It's two months later and they have not processed my claim. I don't know if I will ever get paid for my (entirely legitimate) expenses. Customer Service has not been very helpful. Four weeks ago someone at Nationwide told me that my claim would be expidited, but I've heard nothing since. "

The price for the four of us was very reasonable and the plan was comprehensive for a single trip medical insurance coverage. I only recently discovered that most US insurance does not cover you if you travel internationally. This is the third time I purchased this coverage and I had an incident this time, submitted a claim, and got a check in the mail! It was easy and the service was fantastic. I recommend this to all of my friends and don't travel abroad without it - it's a no brainer and well worth the price!"
