Customer Service Non-Existent

"next to no way to talk to an actual person about problems and very limited options resolving manufacturing issues (e.g. company sent 2 pairs of sunglasses without the prescription that were last in stock and would have no way to replace the value of the deal provided at time of purchase and only offer was exact value of purchase and kept very pushily pushing to use store credit) via only an automated chatbot with no extended options for complex issue resolution. When an agent was reached, they became frustrated and quickly ended the chat to move on to another person (probably to curb their client response times) and no good way to rate how badly the interaction was on the part of the customer."

Don't waste your money or time

"This is the last place I would ever order something from again in my life I've had nothing but trouble I cannot get a hold of one human being its nothing but a circle of automated AI bots I've tried to get them to just cancel my order because it's been processing for over a week multiple times and each time I get hung up on. I paid for expedited shipping and my order has still not been shipped"

Never Order Here

"I will never be ordering from this terrible business again. After my order, it stated it would take approximately 3 business days to complete. A week later, nothing. Two weeks later I contact customer service (via chat on their website) and they said they would contact production to try and speed it up. If I didn't get a shipping update by the end of the week, I should contact them again. So I contacted them again... They said they would escalate the order AGAIN. We are now a month after the glasses should have been here, still no update. So I finally get a call number because their customer service phone number is just robots. I call to complain after being told twice that the order would be sped up, and they said they'd escalate my case to their supervisors and would call me in 3 days. Absolutely not. I told them to just cancel my order and refund me. They then had the balls to ask if I wanted store credit. Never shop here."
