"My first order experience I thought was going to be good. Unfortunately I misunderstood the type of lens I was ordering. The glasses came and they were great except for the lens. The exchange process started out ok. I returned the glasses and explained what I needed. I got an email stating I was getting a store credit and needed to place the order again, that they had canceled my order instead of changing out the lens. My glasses were now gone. I had no other option than to go find a new pair which takes a lot of time. I spoke to 2 different people on the phone without satisfactory results. I got 10% of my original cost to add to my next purchase in the email. I still had to pay more money than my original pair and not get exactly what I wanted. Overall I am very disappointed. I will not use GlassesUSA again."
