"Latest UPDATE, I should have mentioned that the call I got from Sue was very shortly after I put up my first review. She informed me that the backorder came in that day and it was already in shipping. After the call she sent an email with tracking info. I have to say their customer service has been impressive so I've changed the number of stars to 5 now.
1st review: I'm still waiting for a backorder item their competitor has in stock, 11 days. And if I break up the order I'll have to pay shipping on the items under $100. I'm about ready to cancel the backorder item and buy elsewhere.
UPDATE, just got a call, items are being shipped, including the backordered item, which I was aware of at time of order, was just at the longer end. Not sure why item was not in stock, perhaps a hot seller. They do care about their ratings."
