"Bought a $1200 Yaesu ham radio from Gigaparts on may 25, and by June 21 the radio started malfunctioning, flashing the xmit off & on. Gigaparts refused to deal with it, and said it was Yaesu's problem, acted as if it were a bother to lend a little customer service.

Save yourself some time & money and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Their refusal to replace my radio cost me almost $100 more dollars."

"This was my first purchase from GigaParts. Their web site is quite modern and easy to use. I searched for a manual antenna tuner for HF in my shack. I chatted on-line with GigaParts and the individual was quite knowledgeable regarding tuners and told me all of the major features instead of forcing me to review the products using an online catalog. (Which isn't very high on my things I like to do.)

I shopped prices on Amazon and other sites offering ham radio equipment. GigaParts had the lowest price on my tuner, so I purchased the product on the GigaParts site and the financial transaction using PayPal 6 month purchase without interest could not have gone smoother. I received the tuner a day earlier than was estimated, and I was elated that they double-boxed the tuner.

Many companies do not include printed O&M's and that was my case with MFJ tuners. The shipping papers had an URL for the manual, I connected and the rest is now history. The tuner works as expected...very well. My overall experience with GigaParts could not have been better in any possible manner. I'll continue to shop with GigaParts and I highly recommend them to other hams/buyers based on my single purchase. I'm a happy camper.
