"I received a call from Sue at Gigaparts and she explained, in detail, why it was impossible to fill my order immediately, and why it was necessary to charge me shipping on the first shipped half of the order. I now understand the underlying reasons and it is much easier to accept that the customer service at Gigaparts excels. This was an unexpected positive result. Thank you Sue, I look forward to receiving the rest of my order and getting up the mast to mount my new antenna.

or split the order. Splitting the order cost me another $10+ in shipping. This was my first HAM purchase. I will try someone else next time in the hopes that they have stock on hand."

"I placed an order 8/31/2019. It is 9/28/2019 today.
There has been no notifications of any kind.
Today I checked on the order and it said "processing".
I opened a chat session and that person told me it should ship in two days and I should get it in 3 - 10 days.
The obvious questions are: Why was it not shipped earlier? Also are they only shipping it now because I started harassing them and are they actually going to ship it?
Better communications would be nice."
