Watch out Gigaparts has been hacked

"I ordered a AA 30, received it OK, price was OK BUT MY INDENTITY WAS STOLEN. Gigaparts has been badly hacked has someone copying your CC data so they can fradulently charge your card. I was lucky, MC caught both fraudulent charges, but it was very clear to them someone at GP is stealing CC information. Problem is there is not direct way to contact GP on this so were doing it here to help protect others.

error was made by the manufactured GigaParts made it all right in minutes.

"Screws were out of the back plate. Had to spend a lot of time getting then back in place only to find out that the stations they sit in were out and rolling around under the cover. ! 1/2 hours spent finding fixing and adjusting. Power on and i find someones call sign was already programmed into the clock and so was there location. Got that all taken care of and my "new" used clock is working ok for now. Surely i should get some kind of a discount for all this trouble ...................................... And so in my Humble opinion, it was not worth what i paid for it. However it is a nice "little" clock. Update11/13/19 Customer service reached out to me quickly and solved all the problems. Great Company to work with."

Poor Packing Leads to Damage During Shipment

"I ordered an MFJ telescoping antenna and an MFJ 15A power supply. The items were packed into a box which was long enough for the antenna and wide enough for the power supply, but included virtually no packing material to isolate movement. The box arrived with the end crushed and the power supply foot bracket bent. I sent photographs of the damage to GigaParts.

The photographs, showing package damage, suggested shipping damage to GigaPart. After further interaction, we came to the consensus that the packaging process was the root cause.

The power supply was fully functional and I was able to correct the damage to the bracket. I was issued a partial refund for the inconvenience associated with my receipt of a damaged part.

GigaParts Customer Service went the extra mile to reach out to me to understand where the failure had occurred and to help to raise my level of satisfaction.

Great Service

"I bought an Icom 7300 from GigaParts and it was delivered quickly and packaged appropriately. Some damage to the outside of the box was negated by the great packing they used to protect the box inside. I've never had a problem with GigaParts."
