"Gigaparts web site advertised an open box Yaesu FT-818ND. I ordered it and the order seemed to go OK. Then, I got an email that the radio had been sold just before my order. Naturally, I was miffed."

"GigaParts is an excellent company. I recently ordered a Kenwood TH-D74A. It shipped quick and I got it in a couple of days. But here is the coolest thing thing about GigaParts. My radio came in a sealed box. The radio works great. When I was attaching the belt clip I noticed it was broken. This was not caused by something that GigaParts did. It had to be that way from the factory. I emailed GigaParts asking about how I could get this fixed. I didn't expect them to get me a new one, but tell me how to deal with Kenwood. Instead, GigaParts is sending me a new belt clip. Now that's customer service and shows how they care about our satisfaction. Thank you GigaParts! You can expect more orders from me."
