"I purchased an open box LDG RT600. It arrived missing the bottom bracket. I called Gigiparts. Was told the auto tuner did not come with mounting brackets. I referred to the owners manual on line at Gigiparts and the picture on their website. Finding their mistake, I was told I would be called the next day. No phone call till I called Gigiparts. No answer yet on the mounting bracket. I wrote LDG that evening and got an answer within one hour. LDG will be sending me the part I needed. Gigiparts customer service let me down. I have made several purchases from Gigiparts before this. I guess I need to shop around somewhere else."
