I was notified Gigaparts was "OUT OF STOCK" on the radio and it will
take approximately one to two weeks.
I noticed on 3/3/2020 on your site that you have the FT-60R is available
for purchase.
On Wed, Mar 4 at 9:08 PM I received an email from your store giving me
tracking number, I also requested what shipping company would be used
and never was informed.
After deducing by tracking number it was FedEx, I looked on their site
and am given "PENDING". It seems a lable has been made, but I highly
suspect my package hasn't been picked up by FedEx, nor given an ETA on
delivery on my package, this as of 3/5/2020.
I have heard good things about your store, but it seems there is a dreadful
lack in "CUSTOMER SERVICE", I had to intiate "INQUIRIES" on my order
and never completely satisfied with their answers."

When you saw the radios come into stock on 3/3 they were in the warehouse location furthest from you. We could have shipped the 3rd but knew they would be arriving to our closer warehouse and shipping to you the next day. This would get your radio to you the soonest.
I see the email requesting the shipping company. The email was actually before we had shipped your radio so the customer service rep was not able to supply you with the name of the carrier. We ship by multiple carriers and it is not determined until the warehouse finalizes the package. I did find the email you received did not have a live link to your tracking. I apologize and we have fixed that issue. Any future tracking you should be able to click and get directly to your tracking information.
I see your package shipped 3/4 and arrived 3/7. The free shipping is an economy method and can take 3-10 business days for delivery. I am glad yours arrived within just a few days.

I tried to call you, but have been unsuccessful. We have a few measures in place to make sure a customer is aware of a backorder. If out of stock, the product page it will state the current best expectation (like ships in 7-14 days, Ships in 30+ days, etc.). If a manufacturer notifies us that there is an unexpected delay we then update our customers.
We also have a orange flag that pops up in the checkout process that states "This item may delay your order." Then we do a follow up email advising of the backorder.
