First event I called and went to store only to find out radio I told was pulled wasn’t even available. This time I waited three days for any response. Ordered items again and had it shipped to home. Items were delivered two days later from the store originally ordered. Moral of story...no more in store pickup orders.
Lesson for Giga Parts....get your in store pickup act together. If I go into the store I’m much more likely to browse and buy more."

They are glad to replace it but I had to pay the shipping back so in the long run, I should have just bought it on Amazon Prime. I wanted to support the Ham stores but even after paying to have the NanoVNA returned and replaced the replacement didn't work either. In my request I asked for them to make sure the replacement worked. Both of them appeared to have been opened prior to me getting them. My guess is they were returns from others. I won't be buying anything else here. I am done with these guys!"
