"Ordered an ipod nano online since they had the best price, and received it today.
I didn't have any problems with the order process, although I thought the 4 emails I got about the order progress were a bit excessive.
I can't comment on the phone customer service, since I never needed to call them.
The shipping time was as expected, UPS ground across the country takes about a week.
