This was a purchase for my son's birthday present (Gamer)and a video graphics machine for my use. having only a few days to play with the machine I am extremely impressed with the vivid 3d graphics displayed from a single XFX GFORCE 6800. when money is available I will add the second card for SLI mode. The texture on leafs in video games for example pop out at you. We have blown a $6,000 alien out of space for 1/3 the price.the computer includes an asus A8N-SLI Deluxe MBD. AMD 64 FX55, 2x 1gig DDR400 PC3200 ram, XFX G Force 6800 SLI, 3x250gig SATA Seagate Baracuda HD setup Raid 0. Thank you FuturePowerPC for delivering a quality product in a timely manner. "I ordered a scanner from FuturePower PC. An e-mail was sent to me telling me that the scanner was on backorder. I told them to cancel the order since I needed it quick. The next day I got another e-mail telling me that the item was going to ship. I again told them to cancel the order because I ordered it somewhere else. 6 days later and I have the scanner. Now I am stuck with an extra scanner. I will never do business with FuturePower PC again!!!"

"Ordered the product and called phone support to inform them it was the wrong item. Sales person told me to refuse package and I would receive a FULL refund including shipping charges. When it was returned it I was charged a hefty shipping fee and was rudely lied to several times and never given a refund. "

"First Advertised price on Pricewatch was great ($412 for iPod Photo 60 GB 2nd. Gen), and everything went fantastic with my online order.

However, I decided to change my order to something else listed by FuturePowerPC.com on Pricewatch. The representative that I spoke to on the phone handled it great and I was able to get a 1st Gen iPod instead of the 2nd Gen. They told me it was backordered and wouldn't ship for three or four days, though. I said that was no problem and I'd take it.

Unfortunately, they didn't honor the Pricewatch price for that device. That was listed at $425 on PW and $440 on FuturePowerPC's site. The guy on the phone did (seem to) ask his supervisor, though. He said that the PW price hadn't been updated (they get updated manually) and they couldn't honor that price.

That was a disappointment but $440 was still a good price, so I said to go ahead and make the change. To my surprise, later that day, I got an email that said my order had been processed and was ready for shipping.

I thought that FPPC.com was backordered on that particular iPod... I like to think that somebody pulled a string or two in order to get my order shipped out because of the Pricewatch mistake.

"Recommended. I would definately use again and rate with the highest companies . . . but its a mixed story.

I began by purchasing a video card. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong type (PCI-Express vs. AGP). PowerPC has people that answer the phone respond to e-mails and give productive results. They took back the old card w/o a problem. Delivery times were very fast.

My only complaint was that they did have the old card for about 5 days before they confirmed no problems with and approved the exchange. But this complaint is very small to the overall positive experience I had with the company.

Overall, I will purchase again from this company and would recommend. I may use them as one of my primary purchaser for computer good."
