Sent half of a rackmount kit order

"I ordered rackmount arms for my in-ear unit from you because you are as close to local as I could find and I like to support local.

One part showed up and the other is apparently out of stock. One part doesn’t do me a bit of good. It takes both to actually mount the thing. I could’ve had it here by now and cheaper. Now, I’m stuck with half of what I ordered.

Poor Communication Systems

"I ordered my piano stand and was not informed of an accurate time of delivery. When I phoned in i was told it was on back order. That would’ve been nice to know early on."

Inventory status not accurate

"Ordered a camera that was listed as “in stock” to take to an event a few weeks out. Didn’t get an update on the status of my order for over a week so I reached out. Was told that my item was back ordered and wouldn’t come in until June. Trying to cancel my order and get a refund now. In the future, inventory status should be accurately listed on your website to ensure people don’t purchase something with the hope of it arriving in a reasonable amount of time, only to find it’s not coming for 3 months. "

I paid for software, the link won't work and they said I need to contact the developer!

"I paid for Izotpoe Insight software. They sent me a download link but it only g Odie Es to a lot age that says “something went wrong”. I email customer support asking for a new link. Their reply was that I need to contact Izotope. It's crazy! Why can't they send me a link to a working download? I a an assuming that the rep was new and not very smart, but if they don't send a link then I want a refund. Why should I pay them, then have to go to the developer myself? "
