"I ordered big bright blue skies. Well there was a lot wrong with the arrangement I received. They replaced the big lilies with some other small white flower which changed the whole look of the arrangement. The blue flowers were just hacked off at the top and didn't look nice. The person who put the arrangement together didn't take the time to cut the flowers to length so looked nice and rounded. Looks like these were just leftover stock and they shoved them into a vase. I contacted the customer service and they set me up with a 5% refund and a $10 gift card for future purchases. They failed to realize its not about the money it's about the flowers. So I will definitely be ordering more flowers but it will be from somewhere else."
