"I ordered flowers for my mother and they were NOTHING like i ordered. Looked like they took a bunch of flowers and shoved in a vase, no card nothing. They were HORRIBLE. I even upgraded the bouquet to deluxe and still didn't get what i paid for. 30% REFUND does not even compare to the embarrassment when my mom received her flowers."

Received an email saying they don't have it and they substituted it with something different, and they couldn't ever provide me with a photo of what the substitution was so I could see if I even wanted to send it still.
From now on I will definitely use a local florist and not this company.
Do not recommend. They ended up sending house plants. Not one succulent.

"I ordered Flowers and balloons on a Wednesday for delivery on Friday for my mother’s 89th birthday!
The flowers arrived on Friday dead!!! The balloons weren’t inflated,by evening they were on the floor!! I paid nearly $300 in total. When I phoned the company they told me that they would redeliver a new bouquet . When I express that today , the 16th was my mothers birthday,not Sunday or Monday and this arrangement was for the family gathering she then said she could give me a 20% discount!!!! Do you believe it! I certainly didn’t! I had to become completely verbally expressive before I was told I would receive a full refund! This wasn’t true either! I received a refund for the flowers but not the balloons! I will be calling again for my ballon refund as today is Easter! Besides the flowers being dead they were not the arrangement I ordered! Not even close to it! So I’m sure I will not , family will not and multiple friends will not order from this company ever!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!"

I will be writing my review on every site that I can find. First I order expedited service and I was guaranteed 4 hour delivery. I call about 10 minutes before my 4 hour time frame was up to ask for the refund with that because I knew something was up from the beginning when I didn’t get a response from the recipient. So this rude lady Abigail answered raising her voice over mine telling me “look this and that” just ignorant she should be fired but I know she won’t but anyways she’s telling me it’s going to be delivered at 1:18 so I ask her well how do you know that can you confirm that with me since on the site it’s not saying that then she said she doesn’t have that info…well then how can you confirm it will then she tells me to call back at 1:18 when it’s 2 minutes to that time. Needless to say now she’s saying the truck is out for delivery with that order. So 4 pm strolls by I check again with this silly company. Mind you I spent $120 on this order so you would think they would be a little nicer to me but anyways I check back and now the florist has no information on this order and has to check the deliveries to even see if anything with my information went out. So I’m getting two totally different stories and I’m asking to cancel it now and they rather hold on to the money. Saying it will be delivered. HOW??? If there so called “florist” can’t even find my order??? They give me the same tracking number which I’ve been tracking ALL DAY it’s been in the same spot since 9:18 this morning and then the girl just kept sending the same response after awhile. So needless to say I will NEVER use this company again. This has been a nightmare and I see how much they treat well paying customers. I will be proceeding with fraud charges with my bank."

I really enjoyed the selection and options of flower arrangements. Delivery was same day and arrived ahead of schedule. I will definitely be utilizing this service in the future."
"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a flower company in my entire existence. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law because her sister had just passed away, and this company dared to send me a confirmation email stating the flowers were delivered when they weren't. I gave this company 24 hours to get back to me, and mind you; I had requested same-day delivery and nothing. I had to initiate contact with them around noon the next day to follow up, and their response was, "sometimes this happens."
Completely unacceptable! I then asked to be transferred to a manager, and the next thing I knew, I heard a dial tone. I call back and talk with another rep and tell them I don't appreciate being hung up on, and they say that because I asked to speak with a manager, I must've gotten hung up on. I could not believe what I heard on the other side of the phone. Just unbelievable. This was the worst customer service I had ever received from a company. I will never, ever, ever do business with this company ever again. This will be THE last time!"
"Didn't come as advertised, was supposed to have Easter eggs in the vase but came as only a clear vase filled with water. Three yellow Easter egg spokes were put in the plant which was not what was pictured, the balloon that came was supposed to be a Easter balloon but was just a pink flower. If that was the Easter balloon it should be said this is what the Easter balloon consists of that its just a pink flower. Making a purchase of $84.78 you would expect to get what was pictured and advertised, the plant was absolutely gorgeous but the ball was dropped on everything else and was very disappointing as a Easter themed gift. "
"They were delivered in a timely manner. There was only a few roses and in the picture it was nice and full about 2 dozen flowers all together and nice and full and beautiful. I came with about a dozen and more foliage then flowers. I expected for more flowers I even paid for the upgrade. She was happy of course but for $85.00 I was not impressed. I have bought many flower deliverys from you and they have always been great. Not this time. "
"Ordered a deluxe arrangement, vase was the wrong one, and it was not what they advertised. I was embarrassed when I saw my arrangement at the funeral. It looked as a $15 dollar job, not what I paid for. Company gave me. 30%. It does not measure what I paid and the aggravation. Simply deceptive advertisement."
