My name, which I typed myself, CORRECTLY, was misspelled to the point that I was texted to see if they came from me, because the name listed wasn't my name. I will be anticipating a refund. "I seem to remember two options when ordering the Birthday flowers (either the balloons or no balloons. Since it was a gift for a special birthday (70th), I of course thought I’d receive the Happy Birthday balloon and the Smiley face balloon. I don’t remember being able to differentiate a choice where I could choose one over the other. What I got was the smiley face. I was disappointed, then to add insult to injury (or in this case injury to insult). The flowers weren’t stripped well and I kept stabbing my fingers on the thorns as I tried to arrange them in the vase.
She loved the bear, it was so very soft, but she thought the Smiley face balloon was off."

Chose the "Florist's Bouquet" this time and was let down by the arrangement. It was mostly greenery with some gerbera daisies, carnations, a few small roses and 1 larger rose. Since I sent as a birthday gift from afar I was disappointed it wasn't up to the level of previous deliveries from this company.
