"I order a beautiful buquet of sunny tulips yellow and purpule online from their website, my mom received it on time, 4 days later my mom told me the flowers never opened, I sent an email and pictures, their response was positive they apologize and told me they were sending a new boquet, I told them that I would like to change the flowers wich they refused, however what really got me is that instead of fixing the issue immediately they took one month to tell me that the flowers I requested were out of stock and if I wish to change, after one month later of my mother birthday she received her new flowers, horrible experience"
