This is from my personal experience. I have power of -4.5, as you know it is very high so i usually thin the lens.

Disappointed with the local stores (oscar Wylee where i ordered 2 glasses, one regular with thinning and 1 without, $379 in total after discounts and paying extra $150 for thinning), I received bad quality glasses, heavy as rock. Frustrated
and broke, i didnt want to spend any more money so wanted to order a cheap glass online. Found this website and wanted to try their glasses. Being someone who never ordered glasses online, this step was really really bold for me because you never know what shows up, i was specially concerned about the quality of lens.

I was overwhelmed with Firmoo’s online service. There are available 24/7, no matter you knock them at 4am/5am or 12pm, they are always there. Their customer service is exemplary. the person assisted me for one and a half hour choosing my glasses, as i kept on asking them a million questions. You have to give them your prescription and then you have to choose what type of lens, thinning etc you need. As a new customer, i was worried but they superseded my expectation with their service. and they always have discounts. anyways i ordered the frame with around i think I got 40% discount for being new customer) and highest quality of lens (with super thinning, UV PROTECTION bla bla) it cost $106.

They give you tracking number, sends you email, even while waiting anytime you visit their website their online help will be able to help you any time of the day and night with status. I received the glasses with no delay and O MY GOD, impressed with the quality. The power was perfect, the lens was as light as feather and they were so comfortable. I ordered 3 more pairs in January, their quality being so good and they have a collection of various stylish frames, I couldn’t resist but order 3. Same experience, no issues at all.

Few days back, one of my favourite pairs became loose (not manufacturing issues) so i let them know. They are based in US, i wasn’t expecting them to fix it, their frames are cheap anyways so i thought I’d get a frame and get local optometrist to fix it but i still contacted them to see if they give me any discount as i was within 3 month period. TO MY SURPRISE, THEY NOT ONLY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON MY FRAMES BUT GAVE ME A VOUCHER OF $143.79, i literally was lost words in shock. This is called customer service and quality, Oscar Wylee being a local store couldn’t help me a bit with adding a resistive feature to my glasses within same day and these people being an online service have given me an out of the world. i recommend all of you to try the glasses from Firmoo atleast once and there is no going back.
