"I received the glasses in a reasonable amount of time. They were super cute and the frames felt pretty good, but the lenses were off enough to not work. Super bummer. However, that isn't necessarily all their fault. It could have been many things, apparently. But, the return process was fairly easy, speedy and generous. The customer service was quality and prompt. I would be careful to order online again with the severity of my Rx, but I would certainly order from them if I chose to go that route. "

"I experienced some dizziness from the pair of glasses that I ordered, so I contacted customer service to see if they can help. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the way that the customer service team handled the process! They were diligent and prompt with their email responses, and followed up with me when they didn't hear from me for a couple of days. They informed me that if I have a strong prescription, I should choose a high index lens; a low index lens will be thick, which means a larger blind zone, which leads to more distortion in vision. So, I was able to get a credit for the old pair of glasses that I ordered, and purchase a new pair of glasses with the correct lens index. Overall, the service was incredible & I am very satisfied with the experience. "
