"Honestly, I was dreading dealing with having to exchange 2 pairs of glasses I recently ordered. The frames were too large for my face and I wasn't sure if that was a valid reason to return or exchange them. To my surprise, Richo from customer service reached back out to me and asked if I wanted to exchange them or return them and offered me a credit to apply to any new glasses, and helped explain how to find a pair that might fit my face better.
