Glasses have always been excellent quality, prescription has been accurate, and I wear my firmoo glasses more than the several-hundred dollar designer pair I purchased once. The glasses are excellent quality and the prices can't be beat. I've bought prescription glasses, blue light prescription glasses, and sunglasses. I get compliments all the time from my Firmoo glasses. I have tried multiple other online glasses purchasing websites and none of them even come close to the experience here. Highly recommend!"

It's such a stressful and miserable time in the world right now. For me, my depression has made it difficult to see a lot of positives in the world. It sounds silly to say this over a couple of emails with a rep from a glasses shop, but she so positive and lovely that she helped me see good in people - which is not something I normally do, especially around the holidays. To her, she was probably just doing her job, but to me, she helped my depression subside for a short while and for that I am grateful.

Also, again, obsessed with the glasses. The two pairs I got were wonderful and so cute!

"I reached out to Firmoo via their live-chat to tell them I wanted to order multiple pairs of glasses to try on at home, but only intended on keeping one pair. I asked if I could have the $4.95 for a pair of glasses deal applied to whichever pair I kept, and she told me yes. Fast forward to me receiving three pairs of glasses and deciding which to keep, and their customer service team is now telling me they will not switch the promotion to the pair I'd like to keep. They even reviewed my transcript with the live-chat agent, admitted she made a mistake in telling me they would, and still will not honor the information she gave me. So I'm now having to pay $40 for glasses when I had been under the impression I was only going to spend $20. I cannot suggest enough that Firmoo needs to reconsider how they handle customer service. Truly absurd."
