"Ordered 4 items. Paid by Paypal. The $$ was taken that same day. After a week of nothing, I called and emailed. Got a woman on the phone, asked about the order was told an item was on back order. Also got an email from their Customer Service about the inquiry, with the same information. I had to call to get this information???

Asked at that time, what needed to be done to cancel my order as it had been a week with no communication of any kind. She said she could cancel the order, it would take 48 hours to get in the "system" but that the order may be shipped out before the 48hrs is complete. So, I say fine...completely unhappy with the solution, but willing to wait.

48hrs later, I call and confirm that the order has been cancelled and that it is in their system... They tell me it has been cancelled and that it will take 10-15 days before I get a refund.

Well, I paid with paypal so I open a dispute, so that I can get the refund through paypal without a problem.

Well, the two items that were in stock were sent out the day before I called to confirm the order was cancelled!!! Why wasn't this told to me when I called to confirm that the item was not sent out????

They only sent me two of four items, nothing else... Opened a Claim with Paypal and no resolution from their end at this time, only a "try work it out with the seller". Only, because they were able to give paypal a tracking number. So, paypal has to assume that the items were sent?? I don't get it. but anyway...

I was stupid... didn't do my research on the company before I ordered... I know better..

Anyway. I would stay clear of these guys... Even if they seem to be the only ones to have the item you want, look elsewhere.

"Totally dissastified myself. Ordered 2 cases and a car charger for my sanyo 3800 cellphone on july 29. My CC was charged immediately and I received only the car charger, which doesn't say where it is made from. Most likely from china. And I'm still waiting for my cases. And customer service is lousy, put me hold for at least 10 mins, have to hang up. If I had known all the bad reviews, I would never had bought from them."

"NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Extremely poor customer sevice. Ordered a case on 7/19/08 as of today 08/06/08 the item is STILL backordered. It took ME calling them to find out the item was backordered. Took them all of a day to charge me for it and will take up to 15 days to get my money back. Offered me a 2 for 1 deal for SOMETHING ELSE but if I wanted something else why wouldn't I have ordered it then. Very unprofessional. Background noise sounds like they are running this shop out of their garage. DO NOT ORDER from Elitextreme. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. It's companies like this that give buying items off the net a bad rep."

"order product on 7/22/08, was charged immediately, received two of three items, one on backorder, created multiple complaint requests on their website, each was closed with no reply shortly thereafter. called company "THANK GOD I FOUND THE PHONE NUMBER IN ONE OF THESE REVIEWS" and spoke with a lady who said they are going to receive a shipment on wednesday (DAMN - didn't get her name) today is 8/4/08 and wednesday will be 8/6/08, will follow up then."

"The web site looks quality. That's where it ends. They sell cheap genric junk from China. Slow to process even slower to deliver. No customer service. Still waiting on order. They will send a canned email when you complain. Stay far way. Glad I'm only out $13."

"I ordered two cell phone sleeves from EliteXtreme. The products took 4 business days to arrive, and my order went through without any problems.

Here is the thing that made me irritated: they never sent me a tracking number, I tried (and failed) to get through to a real person to ask about a tracking number three times, and when I finally did get through to someone the individual on the phone was somewhat unprofessional and seemed irritated that I was calling. She did give me a tracking number, but I had to ask her to do so.

I won't be ordering through them again...I think I was taking a risk getting my product from them and got lucky this time. If I were to test fate twice, I am not sure I would have a positive experience.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....I too placed an order, March 30th, 2008, my paypal account was chrged the same day, after a month of not hearing anything, I called the company, I too was told the item was on back order, I called again two weeks later, told the same thing, they suggested I pick another item, I didn't want another item, I told them I wanted my account refunded, which, has never happened. This COMPANY IS A SCAM, I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering, I am reporting this to my pay pal account and calling the BBB as well, I have friends in the Law inforcement that I will also be contacting. They can't continue to get away with ripping people off"

"I wish I'd checked for reviews of this company before placing my order. Luckily, I only ordered a single low-priced item. Like everyone else, my credit card was immediately charged. After two weeks, I emailed a status request and received a reply that the item was on backorder and they expected it to arrive "by the end of next week". Two weeks later, I emailed another status request and was told again it was due "by the end of next week", which appears to be a generic promise. But the second response goes on to say that the item is "currently unavailable" which contradicts the claim it was on backorder. I then checked the refund policy on their website, which doesn't actually explain what happens if an ordered item is unavailable. However, their policies are very clear that order cancellations are not allowed and customers who initiate chargebacks for items never shipped will be punished with a $20 surcharge. Rather one-sided, if not illegal. In their last email, they offered to let me choose an item to substitute for my original ordered item, which I assume happens quite often. So I can wait possibly forever for a backordered item that may never arrive, or I can choose a substitute item that I really don't want. Most likely, I will never see anything in return for my $15. Hopefully, others will read these reviews and find a more reputable seller to purchase from. "

"I ordered Sanyo SCP-3100 Travel Charger 04/16/08 from Elitextreme.com.
I got my order 04/21/08, opened it and discovered a wrong
item inside. I got a Car Charger for SY4900 instead the Travel Charger for SCP-3100.
I sent my first email to ****@**** in the same day:

"Hi.
My order # yhst-27496240830354-284564.
I made my order 04/16/2008. I have got it today. But instead ordered item (Sanyo SCP-3100 traveler charger)
I got SY4900/3200... CAR CHARGER! I don't need it.
What is a next step?

Their answer was received immediately:

Lifetime of this tIcket was about 6 hours, then it disappeared too!!!

It seams to me EliteXtreme installed a new page SUPPORT SUITE (http://elitextreme.helpserve.com/index.php?)
with automated reply on our emails (look above), random Ticket number and automated deleting of our tickets after some time. Nobody reads emails.
As last resort I tried to use their LIve Chat I found on Contact Us page. It is fake too. Nobody answer me,
only message " All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly" I was waiting for this "shortly" about 30 minutes. Nothing. Only this message repeats every 3-4 minutes.

Bottom line:
I have the wrong item for my money.
I have no information how to resolve this SIMPLIEST problem.
I don't know how to get this information.
Unfortunately, my English is poor ( I can write and read something but can't speak) Because of it
using their contact phone is a big problem for me.
What should I do? i wouldn't like to send useless emails to ****@****. This conversation
looks like a dialog between blind and deaf persons.
Maybe I need to disput this saga with PayPal?

Update 1:
April 24. I called Customer Service and they promised to ship a right item during 3-4 days. It is too good
to be the truth. I don't believe... I will be waiting until May.

Update 2.
April 27. Unbelievable, but I got the right item today with no any returns of wrong item!!!
The problem is resolved.
I wish this happy end to all of dissatisfied customers!

"I should have checked here first.

This company is as bad and dishonest as everyone has said.

I ordered two cell phone covers on Feb 4 (my card was charged THAT DAY) but they didn't ship until Feb 13. (I'm pretty sure this is illegal and will be reporting it to my credit card company.)

Only one of the two items was in the shipping envelope and when I actually got someone on the phone they had no idea as to when the second item would ship. I told them I would cancel the order & instruct my credit card company to disallow the charge for the second item if I did not hear from EliteXtreme by the end of February.

Well, it's March 1st, and guess who didn't contact me with an update? Not only will I report this to my credit card company, but I'm going to suggest that they disallow this merchant to use their card - it only casts dishonor on it. I will also file a complaint with BBB for that part of Florida although -- mysteriously -- the available online record doesn't indicate how bad this company is.

"Stay away from this seller! They are quick just in one simple operation - charging your credit card. Awful communications, impossible to fing anybody on the phone, promises....
Placed an order on Dec. 23 2007. 10 days later found that it is not shipped yet and called them. They told me that the product is backordered on vendor's side so they don't know when they may fulfil this order so I cancelled it and requested refund (January 3, 2008). As of today, January 29th, there is no refund posted.

On January 17th I saw on vendor's web page (Samsung) that the item I interesting in is available and because the price was higher, put new order on elitextreme for the same item. A day later the product went on backorder again at Samsung and elitextreme wasn't shipped it again so I called and requested order cancellation and asked about first refund and then about second one. I was told that I should expect it in 7-10 days.

Just sent them email informing them that I'm going to file a complaint next Monday and next time when I'm ordering from resellers whcih are not well-known, first will check here at resellerratings.com to avoid all these hassles. Better pay little bit more and get your product ontime.

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER with this company. File as many complaints if you experiencing problems with them so hopefully they will go out of business.

"Horrible, horrible, horrible... Charged my card for 2 items (case+keypad), but only sent me the keypad. Said that case was on backorder. They keypad turned out to be for the wrong model! I decided to return everything and get a refund, but they wouldn't refund the shipping (even though they never actually sent me a single item that I ordered!). Talking to them is useless -- there are only 2 people working there and they pretend to transfer you to a "manager", but you really get transferred from one person to the other."

"Do business at your OWN RISK with Elitextreme.com!! Here is what is happening with my purchase:

11/28/2006: Placed order with Elitextreme for 1 blue, 1 red Naztech Sport Universal Carrying cases (NS-ar, NS-nb) total cost for order 41.47.

11/28/2006: 41.47 paid via PayPal.

11/28/2006: Received order confirmation email from Elitextreme. Delivery to ensue within 24 hours, with product receipt within 4 to 5 business days.

12/15/2006 (Friday): Received (non tracked) envelope with the red carrying case only.

12/15/2006 (Friday): Called Elitextreme Customer Service ***-***-****) and was told that the blue carrying case would be shipped on Monday, 12/18/2006, and would be delivered no later than Wednesday, 12/21/2006. Confirmed definite before-Christmas delivery.

12/15/2006 (Friday): Called again to verify previous information, and was told that it had actually been shipped on 12/14/2006.

12/20/2006 (Wednesday): Nothing received yet, called Customer Service. They confirmed that the blue carrying case had indeed been shipped on 12/14/2006.

12/24/2006 (Sunday, Christmas Eve): Offices closed. I sent an email to Elitextreme’s Customer Service Department asking for information and explanation. Received no response.

1/2/2007 (Tuesday): Still nothing. Called Customer Service Department again, and was told that the blue carrying case had been shipped on 12/29/2006. He said that there was no record of it being shipped on 12/14/2006 as I had been told previously. He promised me that he would email me the shipping confirmation and tracking information by 1/3/2007.

1/3/2007 (Wednesday): I have received no email. I tried calling Customer Service repeatedly for many hours the line remains busy.

I looked up customer reviews online for this company, and found that this seems to be this company’s pattern and mode of operation. They seem to be stringing me along until the 45 day limit on PayPal complaints is up.

It is apparent to me that Elitextreme has no intention of making this order right, nor compensating me for the order or inconvenience of this experience.

Elitextreme has until 1/5/2007 to deliver the order or I will stop payment on my order and level complaints with the BBB for Casselberry Florida, the FTC for nondelivery of goods as well as not complying with their shipping guarantees, as well as local law enforcement authorities.

UPDATE: 9 January 2007: After filing the complaint with PayPal and threatening to report them to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement, Elitextreme sent me my product. It is so sad that it takes such a threat to have them come through with the order. I received no communication from them, no emails or phone calls, and nothing but the product in the envelope (no invoice or receipt... nothing.) I say do business with them at your own risk, and be prepared to file complaints and take a heck of a lot of time documenting and then reporting "everything" to the authorities. It was only because I had specific documentation of phone calls (dates, times, who I talked to and what they said), emails (I had copies of my emails but no replies), order dates, credit card payment dates (they bill your credit card the day of the purchase, not when the items are sent, which I believe is illegal--I think they can only bill you when the item is actually sent), etc. that my complaint was heeded.
Consider yourself warned! (And if you are a victim, take this advice on how to handle it and run with it... it's your only hope.)

"I ordered the item. They promptly charged my credit card. I sent an e-mail asking if the item had been shipped and, if not, when will it ship. They failed to respond. I send another e-mail. They failed to respond. So now I cancelled the order and demanded that they remove the charge from my credit card or face a complaint to the Florida AG. In addition I filed a complaint with Yahoo.com because this merchant does business as one of their sub accounts. I would not recommend these guys to anyone thinking about buying anything from this outfit."
