"I don't think it good business practice to publish your complete credit card number with your invoice, and they do this ( even though they mark through it with a magic marker, you can still make it out). Plus, you have no indication of whether an item is in stock, until you see on your invoice that it's on backorder. Not good. You have already been charged. Safe to say for me, even though I had an internet coupon for $5.00 off shipping, I will steer clear of this company in the future."

"I placed an order for 2 items on 3/12/2007.My card was charged right away,But I didn't recieve anything until today,3/30/2007,and only got 1 Item.The other is back ordered,expected delivery is 2 more weeks.Avoid this company,very unprofessional."

"I have had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order for a BlueTooth headset on Dec. 14th. This was to be a Christmas present for my sister. My Visa was charged on Dec. 16th. Per Visa rules, this means they should have shipped the product. I waited and waited, but I still hadn't seen it, so I e-mailed their customer support on Jan. 3rd. This got no response, so I called the number in the order confirmation e-mail. They said the product had been back-ordered, but that it shipped on Dec. 29th. I expected to receive it shortly, but it did not arrive. I called again and they said the delivery had been refused, but that they would ship it out again. It still didn't show up, so I tried to call again several times on Feb. 1st, but only got a busy signal. I tried again on Feb. 2nd and got through, but sat on hold for over 10 minutes. When I got them on the line they said it had shipped out Jan. 14th, but that it must be coming back to them since I didn't have it yet. I asked them to e-mail me the tracking information when it shipped again. If I do not receive that information soon I will work with my credit card provider to cancel the charge. I would never, ever order from this company again."

"This outfit is very unprofessional and I will never do business with them again and advise anyone who is interested to avoid this company at all costs. I first ordered from the m on 12/11/06, but did not receive my order. The money was withdrawn from my account on 12/13/06. When I called to inquire on 12/27 they told me they shipped the order on 12/26. I again did not receive my order. I called again on 1/5/07 to be told the order was shipped on 1/4/07. I asked for a tracking number and was told they couldn't give one call back the following Monday. I called and was told the shipping dept. closed at 4 and to call back Tues., I called tues at 3:50 pm and was told they couldn't give the tracking number shipping closed early and to call back, I demanded the tracking number and was given a number. I had the USPS check the status of the tracking number to find it was for an address in California (I'm in North Carolina). I Called my bank and protested the charges, once the charges were reversed I then received a partial order, this was on or about 1/25/07. They consistantly lied about when they were going to ship my order, were uncooperative and rude. I followed their instructions only to be told they still would not check on my order. This is no way to do business."
