I purchced two packages of AA batteries this time. I've been a customer of Thomas Distributing for many years and have always been satisfied with the products, the prices, and the speed of shipping and delivery. Never had a problem.

I absolutely do not recommend this bunch. They wasted my time.

They sell on eBay. I saw an item, OCZ 16gb SDHC cards. I sent an e-mail asking if they had the item. They replied the were out but more arriving on May 22nd. I ordered and paid for two of tem. I got an e-mail on May 10 telling me that they had shipped the item. Today, May 11 they sent me another e-mail telling me that they don't have the item and won't be getting it. They said they are refunding my money.

Don't waste your time trying to buy from mwave or their alter eqo on eBay called Tech Treasure.

I definately would NOT recommend buying from this company.

Their web site indicated that they had the item in stock. I placed an order. Then they sent me an e-mail telling me the item was backordered. I sent them an e-mail asking when they expected to receive new stock. They answered telling me that new stock was expected to arrive yesterday. Three days later, no further word. I sent them another e-mail asking them to cancel my order so I could buy from one of their competitors who actually has merchandise in stock when their web site says they have stock. Two e-mail sent asking them to cancel without any response. Time to get the Attorney General of their state involved.

UPDATE: I read the response from eCost. Looks like they just cut and pasted their standard response because it doesn't address my complaint.

My order was delivered to the wrong addres. The UPS web site says the order was delivered to me but I received no package. The driver didn't look carefully at the address on the house he did delivered it to do and did not carefully compare the addres on the house to the address on the label. In any event I didn't get the $468 camera that I ordered and paid for and somebody else did get it.

This is not the first time that UPS has done this. I have never had this happen with FedEx or DHL. Why are the UPS drivers so careless?

UPDATE: Later that evening, a neighbor came over and gave me the package. It seems he received the package at his house which is 4 houses south of my house. My name and address was on the label and so he knew who I was and who should have received it from UPS.

Since that incident, I try to order only from vendors who use some other shipping company other than UPS.

Very slow to respond. However, they did finally send me a tracking number. Their price was lower than the competition. I am changing my comments here and removing my complaints and I am hoping that the camera will arrive in good condition and without having any problems that require customer support from 17th Street Photo.

I ordered a new Fujifilm F70exr but they shipped me one that had been used 9600 times. Apparently Newegg is selling used merchandise but representing that it is new. Their customer support is willing to replace it but I have to spend my time to pack it up and ship it back to them. Meanwhile I don't have the camera to take on vacation that I expected to take. This is the second time I've had poor customer service and defective merchandise from Newegg. I do not recommend Newegg and I will never buy from them again.

I placed the order and it was promptly shipped. I received an e-mail letting me know it was shipped. I had to request tracking information before I got it but that is a minor complaint. The item arrived promptly and in proper condition. I am very happy with the service I received and I expect to order from yesasia.com again.

I placed an order but they never shipped it. They have ignored my e-mail. I finally sent a final e-mail cancelling my order. They haven't responded to that one either. These guys are the worst internet seller I have ever run into (and many internet sellers are almost this bad). I advise everyone thinking about giving them your money to think seriously about all of the negative comments listed here at resellerratings.com. None of their customers are satisfied with the service they received. That says a lot.

I ordered the item. They promptly charged my credit card. I sent an e-mail asking if the item had been shipped and, if not, when will it ship. They failed to respond. I send another e-mail. They failed to respond. So now I cancelled the order and demanded that they remove the charge from my credit card or face a complaint to the Florida AG. In addition I filed a complaint with Yahoo.com because this merchant does business as one of their sub accounts. I would not recommend these guys to anyone thinking about buying anything from this outfit.

After waiting and waiting for them to ship, I finally gave up and cancelled the order. The promised me that the charge would be removed from my credit card. After 3 weeks of their promises and my waiting, the charge is still there. So I have protested the charge to my bank, filed a complaint with the California AG and the Washington State AG, and posted this notice here so that anybody who might be considering purchasing anything from these guys will know that I am very unhappy with their service and I will never, never even think about buying anything from them.
P.S. It has now been 3 weeks since I cancelled the order and the credit card charge still has not been removed. What a bunch of crooks!

Very disatisfied. Based on the ratings I found here which were middle of the range, I placed an order for a camera. Their web site indicated that they had the item in stock. Instead of receiving a shipping notice, I received an e-mail telling me I had to call by phone and verify my shipping address. Right. Instead, a salesman tried to sell me a bunch of overpriced accessories and an extended warranty. I politely declined any of the extras. He told me he would arrange to have the camera shipped. But nothing happend. No shipping notice. No indication on their web site that my order has shipped. So I sent them an e-mail asking what is going on with my shipment. After two days, no response. I then sent another e-mail cancelling the order. Still no response. ZIP, nada, nothing. I will never order from MP Superstore again and I strongly suggest that you don't either. From now on I will only order from legitimate, highly rated camera stores.
