“great product, awesome customer service, had ordered wrong item, sent e-mail and called very next day and they had changed my order, and were nice enough to not wait for extra payment, as the correct item was more $$, to ship item.
update 5/17/10, after having a professional installer install the items, one the fittings needed to be modified (which was in the manual) but was not aware of at purchase, second, after one week of using them, a ballast blew, with it one of the bulbs, returned them and they said the bulb still worked, and the ballast was blown, got the items back, had them reinstalled, after another week or two, the ballast blew again, got email to call tech, called explained and he said the daytime running lights might be causing it and exchanged the ballast, now the bulb that was connected to the blown ballast the second time still worked, but not fully (not as bright as the other) and they want me to pay more money saying it is out of warranty, so after reading the terms of return as per their site, it sucks, buyer beware.
update 5/19/10 - company manager/owner called me and worked with me, informed me that there is always possible issue that may arise from aftermarket and is willing to swap the bulbs, both work (just one is slightly different color). THAT MY FRIENDS AND READERS IS CALLED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. thank god there is a store that backs up their products.
06/12/2010 - i am eating my words right now, after receiving my bulbs back, they are the exact same ones i sent in, but this will be my last review of this reseller, would suggest not to buy from them.”
“I ordered a system board and it didn't work as described, i sent it back and waited, but never received any kind of update. Two things, one is that they need to make sure what they sell and describe is what you get (they should test it and not charge to test it) second is piss poor communication, aweful. will never buy from them again and would recommend you don't either.”

“order product on 7/22/08, was charged immediately, received two of three items, one on backorder, created multiple complaint requests on their website, each was closed with no reply shortly thereafter. called company "THANK GOD I FOUND THE PHONE NUMBER IN ONE OF THESE REVIEWS" and spoke with a lady who said they are going to receive a shipment on wednesday (DAMN - didn't get her name) today is 8/4/08 and wednesday will be 8/6/08, will follow up then.”
