"One word...BACKORDER. Their excuse for everything. They claim they had "no idea that the items were on backorder at the time of your purchase." HA, look at the other reviews. AWFUL. Pay the extra few cents and go elsewhere. "

"I ordered two items. One of them came within 2 weeks and the other was back ordered but came within a week. The complaints on this site scared me but I'm not dissatisfied with my dealings with this company EXCEPT... the email for the cutomer service seems bogus and the chat help is a joke (chat window just disappears)."

"I am very upset. Every time I call, they tell me my order (facecover for LG phone) is on back order. They keep saying the company is ordering it. Although on their website the product is available. This is ridulous!!! They said I will get a refund so let's see if it happens."

"Today is Dec 2. I placed this order 10/8/08 foor 2 nokia faceplates. First of all, they only shipped one and it was the wrong item for a different model phone. When I called they told me the other plate was on backorder and they would send when they get it. I had to pay to return the other faceplate to get the correct one and as of today still waiting on the other one. I have emailed several times asking for the status or a refund and they have not refunded me for the item and shipping and haven't answered my last email. Shopppers beware. This is an awful way to run a business. When I called to checlk on alll of this the girl acted surprised that all of this had happened. Nobody knows whats going on there."

"Run away from this company as fast as you can!

I ordered two products from them, as they were listed on their website. I waited two weeks for the product, and only one shows up. So I called their rude customer service staff and was told that the product was on back order. They state on the invoice that Back-ordered items are shipped "free of charge". Was charged for shipping anyway. The girl on the phone told me that it is the same charge for two items as it would be for one item.
Regardless, they sent me the wrong item anyway!! I called them back an they told me that they would send the correct one, I told they to keep it, and credit my account. After THREE more phone calls, and TWO monthes they credit my account, only to short me $3. When I called back to find out, they told me I was charged for damaging the package!! How else was I supposed to find out they sent the wrong item, X-Ray vision??!!! I had to open the freakin' package!!! I mean I know its only $3, but this company SUCKS!
I wont order again, and will tell everyone who'll listen. Call the BBB.

"Wow! Sure wish I had taken the time to review Elite Extreme BEFORE placing my order with them!
My experiences mirror those of everyone else here. Seems they have an organized scam system in place. You place your order, they bill your credit card immediately, and then you wait. . .and wait. . .and wait.
No replies to my emails. Phone reps with an attitude who will readily put you on hold for minutes at a time, only to come back and tell you the items are on back order and that you will be receiving your order in a few days. My order finally did arrive. But only one of four items.
So I called again, only to be told the same thing. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told that isn't possible! Imagine that. I can't cancel, and they can't ship the item because it isn't in stock and they don't know when it will be. I contacted Paypal who has been helpless in this matter. I'm out $25.
Do not go anywhere near these crooks!

"Do NOT purchase items from this company. DO NOT be fooled by their discounted prices and range of choices. I wish I would have searched customer reviews before purchasing two cell phone cases and a bluetooth from EliteXtreme. Like everyone else, they charged my credit card the day after my purchase (even though it was Labor Day weekend), their customer service line was unhelpful and said "they were waiting for the shipment from the manufacturer," their so-called "tracking info" on their website was unhelpful (and forever blank). I emailed "customer service" but don't believe it will ever be responded to. I should have known something was up when the "customer service rep" answered the phone "Good afternoon, how can I help you," without mentioning the company. Their after hour voicemail is also vague.

I'll be filing complaints with the BBB and FTC, and luckily my credit card company is helping me file a dispute. I'm telling everyone I know to never purchase from EliteXtreme. Shady, shady, shady.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible...terrible...terrible. It took over 2 WEEKS for my item (Belkin iPhone armband) to arrive PLUS I contacted them twice via email & once via online support. Not once did I receive a response AND their "Contact Us" link on certain pages doesn't even actually work. Avoid at ALL COSTS!"

I highly recommend you RUN from this seller, they have bad business practices, lack of follow up on orders, and neglect to follow the BBB's standards. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL YOU RECEIVE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR FUNDS AND NO PRODUCT WILL FOLLOW.

It has been 8 months since this "company" has done anything remotely close to good business practices. They are unethical, unworthy and unprofessional.

BE WARNED NOW, DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!

"This company is a SCAM. Report them to www.ic3.gov, the fbi's internet crime prevention unit.
They do this to so many people and it has got to stop!!! paypal, yahoo, the bbb, nobody has been able to do anything about but I'm sure law enforcement will.
