Without any prompting on my end, I received an e-mail from EdenFantasys' Kathy regarding the unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 17th. After sending a singular reply, I soon receive a response from Carmen (another member of their team) stating that they have sent out an expedited replacement order, which I can expect to arrive within the next week. Without their incredible initiative and assistance on the matter, I would likely never put this delivery debacle behind me.
