"Which they know NOTHING about. They're rude and are like robots. Five different people gave me the same exact answer verbatim as if there is a worksheet they work off of. It's now been over 3 weeks and no package. That of course was my fault because I chose their free shipping, that's what I was told anyway. Also when I purchased, it said it would show one thing on my statement but my statement showed something completely different. If my package ever gets here it's getting returned. "

The toy wasn't even used. Customer service was also a pain when it came to trying to get a refund.
