"I tried ordering a laptop without modifying it and the expected ship date was within two days of order. After 2 weeks there was still no progress made on my order and I had to email to cancel it since there was no easy way to do so. "
Your payment processing page needs to be fixed. If the credit card is not allowed then not process the order. We waste a lot of time to carry on the purchase order.
It was not possible until today even using Amazon Pay. Finally we surrender, because no notification available in all this time... from Amazon I mean. We decline the purchase order because of this.
First an error in exCaliberPc at processing, then a problem with Amazon.
So if you change your policy or create a new channel to carry on the purchase, let us know. We gladly carry on bussiness with your enterprise.

"My computer took much longer than expected to be sent because my billing and shipping addresses are not the same due to the fact that I’m in the process of moving. In my opinion that was a little annoying and I didn’t understand why it was a problem, I never had a similar problem on any other site I have shopped on. I never got a message about it so I called to check on my order and that was when they explained this to me. So I had to cancel my order and re submit it now now with amazon pay. The man on the call was helpful and made sure my order was sent the same day so I have to say the customer support is great. Just a little frustrated about the fact that I had to call to become aware of this. Earlier I had recieved an email that said it would take a bit longer to send if the shipping and billing addresses were different but nothing about not being able to send my order. But it’s fine the computer came through in the end and the customer service on the phone was great."

I tried to get in touch with Steve, who I had originally talked to on Wednesday through email which I never got a response to. On Thursday I got worried and tried calling excaliber's number for about 20 minutes straight and no answer from anyone. I contacted my bank to see if I can still cancel it. An hour later my husband contacted excaliberpc and he got an answer saying that they just shipped my package and it arrived the next day.
Over all I got everything delivered that I was expecting but not without hiccups."

"Well with truth be told at first I was not happy with the delay in shipping my order, But once I got my order I was happy as anyone else would be... So I log into my Ebay account only to find the package had changed (like the free gifts that they include with a badass laptop purchase). They upped the gifts right when i got mine in the mail... I was a little sad and kind of upset. So I wrote them about this and how i felt it wasn't fair.
But they made it right and sent me my additional free gifts!!! Now I would like to say that I'm the type of person that doesn't look for handouts but being that i just got my laptop literally a day before I felt it was something i should of received... Had it been 2 weeks or more i would of let it go.
