"I have ordered from Custom Greek Threads a couple of times before this order and it is always a great experience using their website. However, the production + shipping time is horrendous. Fortunately, they are transparent about the time it can take to receive an order, but that doesn't make the wait any easier! Other websites have been much more efficient in getting the product to you faster. "I ordered a stole for my graduation and the ordering process was extremely confusing and the diagrams are very misleading. When I got it in, the placement was all wrong and was not what I thought I ordered. The chart online displays the placement on the right side, but in reality it doesn't necessarily go there. Also the product was stained by the sewing machine oil during the production.
I don't understand why they have a customer service number when all you are told is that the "quickest" response is e-mailing them. Don't expect a "quick" response.
They told me that I ordered it incorrectly and that I would just have to purchase a new $65.00+ stole (not including the express production and 2-day shipping I would now have to pay to get it in time). Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I refuse to ever purchase anything from this company again and I will be sure my friends, family, and chapter won't either. Stay away, order from another site that actually cares about their customers. "
"I ordered a Greek stole for my sorority sister's graduation ceremony on the 14th of May, and was promised to have it in my hands by no later than the 30th. Today was the 2nd, and I still haven't got it yet, yikes!
HOWEVER,
I called customer service, and I was answered by Jeanne. She was the most kind and sweetest person I've ever spoken to when it comes to costumer service! I was so surprised, I was fully expecting someone to just tell me my order was delayed and there was nothing they can do about it. After I told her the situation, she went an extra mile to help me by making sure the stole stole shipped today and even gave me the tracking number. In addition, she called me back just to make sure I got the e-mail! Overall, I'm super satisfied with Custom Greek Threads, and I will DEFINITELY be ordering from there again!"

I originally had a minor problem with my order, BUT Krystyna and Jeanie from Custom Greek Threads personally worked with me on the most professional and efficient level possible. They were truly sympathetic and worked vey diligently with me to resolve the issues. I would recommend this website to everyone. My mind is still blown by how quickly and respectably my order was resolved. I will definitely be taking all of my greek apparel to them from now on. "I bought a pair of sweat pants from them. When I got them, my greek letters that were sown closed up a pocket. I was not happy at all. I left a message with their customer service. At first, they said they only would give me a 10% discount. I didn't care about the discount, I just wanted a my sweat pants corrected. So I said I would drop by their warehouse for corrections, but they sent me back an email saying they would send me a new one. Thanks Krystyna!
So far, Custom Greek Threads has been the best at providing top quality clothing. I am very happy with them, and gladly say that I will continue purchasing from them."
"My experience with CGT and its customer support staff was second to none. I've dealt with many custom clothing brands for a variety of applications. CGT was bar-none the easiest, kindest, most dedicated company I've come across. A quick chat with Customer Service can dramatically change the layout of your design in such a personal, customized way that isn't available elsewhere. You want the font to be .75" instead of 1"? Done. Need some color swatches sent out or some design consultation? You got it. This was probably the most pleasurable online shopping experience, let alone custom clothing experience, I have ever had the privilege of taking part in.
The customer support staff is phenomenal. I was helped by Krystyna, who went well above and beyond her responsibility to provide me with absolutely everything I needed to make me feel secure and confident in my design and the investment I was going to make. Krystyna and the rest of the c/s staff should be commended on their incredible helpfulness. They all deserve raises!

"The people on this website are so friendly and efficient!!! I was last-minute ordering a pair of hoodies a few months back and requested them to be shipped early. The very next day I received a mail from someone named Paco notifying me that he had marked my package as VIP. The hoodies arrived just two days later, if I remember correctly! "Wish I could say something positive about this site, but they are just awful. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. They do not pick up phone calls or go on their online chat. What is the point of having a "Contact Us" section if you don't reply back to your customers? Furthermore, they fail to e-mail their customers with tracking information and their shipping is extremely slow. This company is not worth it. Their quality isn't that great either."
