"Letter to the Founder:

I'm replying to this email to let you know how my experience was with Custom Greek Threads. First, I paid over $200 for 3 sweatshirts and wrote in the note that I needed them by a certain date. I called 2 days after that date to see where they were and the sales associate told me that the date I selected on the website was the date that the store would receive the materials for the sweatshirts, not the date I would receive the sweatshirts. I waited and the sweatshirts came. One was made wrong. I called and asked to speak with the manager (Christina, maybe?) but she was on the floor and the person I talked to was determined to handle the problem herself. The sales associate had told me to call back and get the manager. After talking to the woman about my incorrect order, she agreed that the order was wrong and said she would put in on a "rush" and check it herself, and it would be shipped out the 3rd of December. I have yet to receive it and have tried to submit emails online but have never gotten a response. For the inconvenience, whoever I talked to about the incorrect order could only give me 10% back on my order, which I think is ridiculous. Anyway, I gave the misprinted sweatshirt to the person and told her the correct one would be in around the 1st because of the holiday (thanksgiving) and she has worn the sweatshirt twice. She noticed that the letters aren't even straight across the chest, they're off to one side! To make matters worse, the sweatshirt has started to fall apart! There are 3 holes in it and she has not washed it or anything! I am sure you do not approve of your company handling issues with this customer service or the product quality, and I can assure you I do not. I wanted to let you know that I will not be ordering from your company again and I will recommend against anyone else ordering from you.

"I am very disappointed with Custom Greek Threads. It has been over two and a half weeks since placing my order and I still have not received a confirmation that my order has been made, shipped, or even processed. I called the help line on two separate days and they put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then hung up on my call. I called back and they put me on hold again and once I finally got to talk to a person they told me my order could have "gotten lost in the shuffle and not to worry about it". I did however worry about it since I spent a small fortune on the shirt and need it for an event. I was extremely dissatisfied in the fact that I ordered one shirt from Custom Greek Threads and its still not here, yet I ordered 5 custom shirts from Monogram Express and they already arrived without an imperfection. "I recently ordered a crewneck from this website and was unsure if I was clear about my specific instructions. I tried calling but with the time difference I ended up getting the answering machine, so I sent an email. Krystyna Ponce responded to my email extremely quickly and reassured me that it would be exactly how I imagined it to be. She was extremely detailed in her emails, which left no doubt in my mind about how it would come out. "Well, it's hard to find a place to start... mostly because this product was the cheapest and worst put together product I've ever received. Everything about the order was ridiculous.

First, I ordered the product (2 shirts) in late April, thinking I may get them half way through May, when they were due to arrive. It arrived on June 15th.

The company also messed up my shipping address and made me pay an additional 15 dollars for shipping. I expressed to them my issues with paying but in the end, I gave in because I wanted my shirts!

75 dollars and 2 months later, my shirts came in. I'm holding them now in disbelief. The fabric is really pour quality and the stitching, well, I could stitch something better and I'm a fraternity guy.

After these mess-ups, the shipping, the extra charge, the waiting, the terrible quality, etc., I'm set out to make sure that this company flounders."
