"Took about as week to have an online pick up order ready. When I stopped by, the doors weren't opening and shutting like they should because of the strong winds in the area, which I understand. But a worker rudely asked me to shut the door because the winds were knocking down merchandise according to her, which there wasn't any knocked down merchandise in the one minute I was in. Another employee helped pick up my order, and while I was leaving, the same first employee managed to give a rude tone to close the door on my way out even though she didn't help me at all with my order, and I already got the concept of you making customer open and shut the doors for you. Honestly if the winds and doors are such a problem, maybe you should work on a solution rather than troubling customers to open and close the doors while being rude. What's frustrating is I don't mind the door issue, just try asking politely.

Even thou this is out of my way, I would definitely be back again because it might've just been a bad day for her and the other guys seem decent. And especially because my other dealership,Toyota of Montclair, are much worst in everyway in the multiple visits I have made."

"I ordered and paid immediately a TRD Front Skid Plate (P/N: PTR6035190) on 02.15.22 (Order #9083800) for $299 plus tax and free shipping (total of $322.17). About a half hour later I receive a call from John Elway's Crown Toyota and was told the order cannot be completed because the protective plate is way too fragile (!?!?!!!) and will get damaged during transportation (the shipping address is only ~400 miles away from the dealer's address) and it will be cancelled. Obviously I couldn't reason with them so my order got cancelled and I was refunded. Out of curiosity, I visited their web site next day and I found out the Front Skid Plate's price is still available for purchasing, except its price now is $399.75. I assume there was a glitch on their web site and they weren't happy with the price the part sold for, so instead of honoring the deal they backed off and cancelled my order. Needles to say I'm not a happy camper and won't come back to order anything from them. Good luck!"

"I placed an order for a skid plate for my 2021 Tacoma. A few days later after the order was placed, I received a call saying the the skid plate would not fit my model and that I'd have to make modifications that could in turn void the warranty. Taking them at their word I cancelled the order and then did some homework on my own. I checked online forums and even called my local Toyota dealership where they took the time to pull out the truck schematics where it showed that the skid plate would indeed fit just fine. I called back to JECT and the guy on the phone could not even tell me what modifications would have to be made that would "void the warranty" and just dismissed me saying it wouldn't work. I decided I'd just take my chances and re-placed the order with JEC Toyota (because they had the best price) where I promptly received an email that my order was cancelled due to risk of it being damaged in shipping when this was never even brought up the first time around. Apparently they didn't want my money. I bought it from a different company much further away from me than this dealership and it shipped no problem. Also, the part fits perfectly. This dealership needs to educate it's employees on their products because who knows how much they're missing out on part sales with such an undereducated staff."
