I followed the directions in the email to request a refund and it said they would contact me to complete it. They never contacted me. Finally I went in and they were very rude and said that I was responsible for contacting them. I explained that I followed the directions to request a refund and they were the ones that didn't contact me. They offered to only refund the sale price, which was the item I received in the mail. I had to argue with them and tell them that I requested a refund before ordering another one. They eventually gave me a refund, but we're not nice at all during the experience.
