"I ordered the 650W Server Power Supply (pspw650b)
triple fans, Temp Control Torbo Fan Speed selector-(red button on the back to increase air flow or set to automatic mode).
The PS unit is powering an Athlon64 4000+ w/ASROCK-COMBO MB (non Sly).
It has a 20 pin power connector (no 24 pin)
Its a good PS and is running stable for my needs thus far.
The shipping was done by UPS and had taken about a week to get to me.
The box and unit itself does not specify a stamped manufacturer from where it was produced.
The 3 fans are brushless types and not the ball bearing as I would rather see for a server type of power supply. The price was right and I never had to call them for any hassels to get it to my door. Thanks CMS"

"Shipped used case as new. Case is missing filler panels, knockouts, and screw packs. Side panels not attached. Looks like they hurriedly stripped a system before throwing it in the box. Did supply 2 power cords, though! This is my first (and last) experience with CMI. Pretty amateur operation and web site when compared to Newegg, Geeks, and others. Very deceptive. "CMI riped me off for $15.03! Ordered a 5.25" 10 CD storage tray (# CS10CD) as pictured on their website in a translucent blue/black. Their website doesn't give any choices other than quanity. It came in beige. After reviewing their policies, I wrote them an e-mail explaining that I don't have a printer or fax to fullfill their RMA policy and that I'd like an exchange for the color I ordered. Their reply stated that they don't have that color and to fill out an editable RMA form and e-mail it back. Well, I paid $9.00 plus $6.03 s&h. Assuming it cost the same to ship it back, it would cost me $12.06 to get back $9.00. I'd call that a rip off, wouldn't you?"
"Slow to ship, no tracking number. Stil haven't recieved case do not even know if on the way. Poor way to do business. Would not recommend. Recieved case after long delay.Poorly assembled, power supply was bad, labeled 500watt no where close. Cheap power supply. Would not recommend."

"Case was poorly assembled. The power switch and wiring was not even attached to the front panel. It was just thrown into the bottom of the case. The power supply was only 400 watts even though they advertised 500 watts. My invoice even says 500 watts. When I asked for a credit to offset the price of a hot glue gun in order to finish the assembly, I was offered an RMA form. Why should I have to pay to ship it back when they should have put it together correctly in the first place? ACTUAL PRODUCT IS INFERIOR TO ADVERTISED PRODUCT."

"Purchased a PC case with power supply and fan. Case arrived with broken door, but it's usable so I did not return it. Also, found out that power supply plugs are standard 20-pin but most new motherboards now take a 24-pin plug. It would be nice if retailers would query the customer on which they need since we probably don't know there are two different ones. But if queried, we can look it up in the motherboard manual and get the right one. This little detail cost me a week in delay while I had to locate an adaptor online and wait for delivery. I will not use this store again but rate them "good" for good web site and quick delivery."
