"The truest test of a company, especially an online one, is how they act when something goes wrong. Even more so when they are not at fault.

I ordered a 17" KTC Monitor, DOA. Ok, that happens, could have gotten kicked around during shipping or whatnot. But now came the RMA process, which any online electronics shopper DREADS. Its normally long, harrowing, and requires extra outlay for return shipping on something you didn't break.

The golden story: I emailed Cablemart about the problem over the weekend (on a sunday since my wife was home) and WITHIN FIVE MINUTES received a concerned phone call from their customer service apologizing for the DOA monitor. The monitor was out of stock so they immediately offered up similar models including upgrades as replacements, no charge. They then shipped me the new monitor along with a PREPAID return label for the original. My credit card was NOT rebilled, even for a cancel.

I challenge you to find EVEN ONE online business that will respond that fast or that quickly to a customer in distress. And this was a cheap CRT monitor folks, not a high dollar roll. Cablemart is well worth the buy."

"You never find out how good or how bad a company is until something goes wrong. I ordered a new case with power supply. It arrived in a timely manner but, after I had transfered all of my components, I discovered that the power supply was inoperative. I sent email to them late one night or early one morning (I can't remember). The next morning(or the same one), I had a response already asking if I wanted a new case or just a power supply. They sent the replacement power supply out promptly as I requested. Now this is what I call great customer service. "
