When I called, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me 3 different times. they all said they would look into it and then after waiting on hold forever, they would hang up. Finally I got some RUDE guy that said they were waiting on the drivers for the motherboards. He said he didn't know when they would be in. What kind of place orders the motherboards seperate from the drivers! He said finally he would go online and download them and make me a CD. I told him I didn't need the drivers, I could do that myself. He said OK and when I asked when he would ship them out, he said that day. That was on a THURSDAY! He didn't ship them until MONDAY! Liar! I don't need the dumb drivers, I can get them myself. I do need the product though! They wouldn't help me, are slow in shipping and then they RUDE on top of that!!! I will never buy from them again! Buyer beware!"
"My only complaint for this company is that there is no way of tracking order status through the web interface.
I ordered GeForce FX 5700 on April 5. The shipping took place on April 8, which is about 3 days later. Used UPS ground for shipping. The card arrived today, April 14, about 5 business days later since the store is in AL and I'm in CA.
The card was well packaged, and it seems to be in good condition. Overall, the experience is satisfactory."

"I am trying to make an external HD array. The case states: 7 to 1 CD Tower Standalone. This is simply not the case, it has 9 bays with 8 that can be used without making your own custom LEDs and power switch...but the case isnt the ATX CD tower type...its the ATX mobo type. The power supply is 500 watts but its dirty power, not consistant voltate nor amps. This is more like a PC computer case with 8 bays. It said it had 1 controller card port on the back...but they are really PCI slots and will not support controller cards. To top it off, its very flimsy steal and has oodles of sharp edges and sharp points. The top case panel is held together by 4 bent metal tabs. I would be afraid to use this case as a chair for fear it would break. The PCI/ISA expansion bay sticks out the back...and the 2 80mm fan bays have pinholes for air intake. I am very disapointed."
