SSL Certificate does not match site due to a hosting issue; they should probably fix that.
Other than that, my order was processed and shipped promptly, and my emails to them were replied to right away -- by a human, not an automated system.

"believe it or not, for the 2nd time I ordered the same PC case and my first case(Face)was broken. I sent it back and I got my money because they were out of supplies. 2nd time the case is "Scratched" almost used/ One scrow of the case face is broken. "I placed an order with these guys, and it just so happened that at the time my debit card had insufficient funds in it, and it was declined. I got on the phone w/ these guys, (which was very easy, their customer support is awesome and quick to answer / help you) and re-ordered my order. They shipped it same day.

I just got my case in, and the front door to it was unhinged and missing some screws/bolts. Also, the Drive bay rails were bent in places, so it was very difficult to get cdrom drive in, without first using plyers to bend them back into place. Almost seemed used. Not the best quality of case by far, but i got what i paid for. :)"
