"this case that i bought was sent to be on the following condition:
1. it was a 20 pin powersupply, while it stated that it was 24 pin.
2. there was already a crack on the bottem front of the case.
3. one slot in the back and the mouse/keyboard/moniter slots have already been punched out, which indicated that this case was USED.
when purchasing from this store, i was expected to buy a NEW case, not a USED one, and a 24 pin power supply, not a 20 pin power supply. i dont really care if its used or not actually, but the 20 pin - i can't even use it. so wtf do i do with it? they dont even give me refunds back, only store credit, so who the hell would buy from them again?!"
