"Our CCTV main box died on us after 12 years of use. The vendor we originally purchased from went out of business. I went on line and fount CCTV Camera Pros. I called and Mike answered the phone. He was very informational and came up with a replacement box that would work with our existing cameras. He had the quote to me within minutes. I ordered and the product came very quickly. When I had questions during the installation, I called support. Again, Mike answered the phone and worked me through some of my set up questions. "I bought a IP-C2 camera for doing RTSP streaming. I had trouble getting things configured initially (due to the camera needing ActiveX support to access all of the configuration settings). But I had a quick answer from tech support (thanks James Haldas) that got me squared away. I hope a future firmware upgrade for the IP-C2 will eliminate the ActiveX requirement. Camera image has been great and the RTSP connection is rock solid."
