"I was replacing an existing DVR and wanted something quality. All message boards and reviews from others said these guys were the people I should talk to. While I could have saved a few dollars buying somewhere else, the other guy's quality was questionable. I called CCTV Camera Pros and talked a few moments with the person who answered. They asked about my existing setup and confirmed the DVR I had selected would work. They also confirmed if I had heavy enough wiring for a PTZ camera. It turns out I don't but rather than sell me something that didn't work they were honest and told me I'd have to upgrade my wiring to make it work, which I was not ready to do. That is honesty right there. As for the DVR, it arrived promptly and setup was a snap. To enable the remote viewing from my phone was even easier. I'd had that option on my old DVR but never used it because I could not figure it out. I didn't have that issue now - literally one QR code to scan and it was working. My only advice is to number your camera cables before disconnecting from your old DVR. It took more time sorting out the cameras and microphones than it did to configure the settings. You might pay a little more here but it is well worth it. Remember that if you pay peanuts you are going to get clowns. And if you buy cheap, you usually buy twice. Shop with these guys and you will be happy. "

"My DVR ceased to work with my 16 Q-see cameras so I could not go back to record anything. I looked into local companies but they would not guarantee that their DVR would work with my Q-see cameras. I enquired and watched the video with Mike from CCTV. I choose a 32 cameras output so I can add more cameras for my store but also it is 8 TB. Will store 16 cameras info for 1 month.
Mike solved my problems and guaranteed it would work with my already installed cmaeras. Im very happy. All I had to do was plug it in and attach the cameras. It worked immediatley.
