"I ordered 4 new cameras and a new DVR to work on my existing [old] coax feed lines that I could not replace. Got to 1080p clarity with the new system. The folks at CCTV were monumental at helping me out and giving guidance. The eight port DVR I ordered was disappointing at first because it was way too noisy from the fan for my office. I called them up and they recognized the problem and promptly sent me a replacement fan for the unit which made a huge difference and is now tolerable. I have everything installed and working 100%. "I was replacing an old Geovision system and this unit made that easy because it supports both analog and digital cameras. I was able to use my old cameras with the new system and keep both costs and labor down.
I found support to be excellent with the few questions I had during installation and setup and they were great with the responses.
I also like the remote viewing app MUCH better than the one with Geovision. This app is well thought out, fast, and clear. When there's an alarm it only takes a short time to get my eyes on what is happening."
