Sent me Product that didn’t fit

"Overpaid for a part I needed and it didn’t even fit. And now to get my money back I have to jump through hoops. No customer service number and they make you pay to ship it back even though I aready paid over $30 to ship it the first time even though the website states free shipping. I got ripped off. "

Customer service is pitiful

"Ordered a wheel , they called & confirmed size sent me the wrong diameter wheel, customer service still has yet to send me a label to return the wheel and has told me it will be at my expense because I was wrong although they confirmed my correct dimensions and still send the wrong diameter wheel . I will never use this company nor recommend them "
