"John Zulaybar did the best with what he has to work with however it is not good to promote a product or service that continually fail I have been a customer for a couple of years and the spark nano has always had issues I have replaced the units many times and still the same problems if you guys can't provide the service that you claim that this unit have then maybe you need to scrap what your selling and promoting and upgrade the product. Most customers are willing to pay a premium price for a good dependable product I'm very disappointed with your units "
