Superior service for a customer who needed it

"I called in needing a product, but not sure how to match what I know I need to the technical description of the product. Adam took the time to identify a product that matched my needs. He also explained how the features of the product align with how I will be using it. I can rest assured knowing that there is a technical department to assist me in setting up my device once it arrives.

Problems

"Our GPS trackers are ordered and provided to us by one of our contracts. We were finally issued the Prime AT Plus trackers. (after using Nano 5, and Nano 6 that continued to fail). When one of the Prime AT Plus trackers failed to work we contacted Brickhouse for a replacement. The representative basically called my employee a liar and said we were not using the Prime AT Plus trackers and demanded that we take a picture of the tracker and send it to them. Even after complying with the demand they still sent us the incorrect tracker. This is just one of many issues we have had with Brickhouse. I would not recommend Brickhouse."

Aries gave Outstanding customer service

"My device fell off of my vehicle and was lost. I called to suspend service but was offered a new device at no charge, maybe because I’ve been a long-time customer. Couldn’t ask for better customer service than that. Thanks to Aries, my customer service rep, and BrickHouse!!!"

"She is the true and exceptional reasons the WOW occasion where created in the first place. Rushelle is all listening even when calming customer when the product is not working as it should or the customer is not as technically literate as can be. Rushelle! should have a international anthem composed about the many professional qualities patients, kindness, humor even when one can not only laugh at one self and casually share in the laughter of a customers lack of technical understanding what a truly unique individual she/or he is. Rushelle! she contributes to the overwhelming process of keeping the customer focused on the matter at hand while the flexibility of retention of new, current and future customers who may arise from how she views another consumers needs and condition including herself as a consumer. I know that my style of communication is somewhat complicated and as an older person who's articulation skills have waned somewhat. I felt, feel and sense that when speaking to those like Rushelle! I will remain with Brick House Security. "

Horrible does not sum it up...

"Horrible does not sum it up - bought Brickhouse Security: Pro HD 180° Rotating WiFi Hidden Camera.
1st camera was delivered USED! Got RMA # & another camera.
2nd camera was delivered USED! Got RMA # & another camera.
Very apologetic & promised to test & confirm 3rd camera before delivery.
3rd camera appeared new but could NOT sign on to App & use camera due to "wrong password".
Spent over an hour on the phone with Tech Support (only in Philippines) & they could not resolve my problem... Got 3rd RMA # & am giving up on BrickHouse.

Awesome service!

"He was very patient with me by answering all of my numerous questions about the service, the device, etc. This is my first GPS tracking device (since my daughter is now a teen driver), so I'm very nervous. He reassured me regarding exactly what to expect and then expedited the shipping. I have a handy phone number to reach the company if necessary and the product should arrive in two days. I feel very pleased."
