"Ordered a throttle cable and they never updated the shipping data, didn't respond to email (help desk)inquires, and I didn't receive the item after 18 days. two weekends gone without getting to the Gulf and no prospect of going this weekend since the boat is broke! I disputed the charge with credit card company. I will never use this company again. Customer service was non-existent. I'm going to order from a better company."
